- Standard hotel check-in time is after 14:00 hrs and check-out before 12:00 hrs

- Guests must carry valid passports with at least 6 months validity

Refund Policy
- Cancellation 30 days before travel – Full refund (excluding service charges)
- Cancellation 15–29 days before travel – 50% cancellation charges
- Cancellation within 14 days of travel – No refund applicable

- Refund processing time depends on supplier and banking timelines
