Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Payment Confirmation
- Pricing Subject to Change: All prices quoted are subject to the availability of hotel rooms, flights, and services at the time of booking. The final price may change due to availability issues or fluctuations in the foreign exchange rate.
- Payment: All services are contingent on the full realization of payment before the date of departure.
- Passport and Visa: It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to possess a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from the date of return) and to secure all necessary Visas/travel permits. The Company is not responsible for any expenses or losses resulting from Visa rejection or non-compliance with immigration rules.
2. Itinerary and Service Conditions
- Itinerary Alterations: The Company reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary, transportation, or substitute a hotel with one of a similar class/category due to unforeseen operational reasons (e.g., weather, road closures, government action, or vendor unavailability) without prior notice.
- Major Changes: If a major change is required, the traveler will be informed and offered the choice to accept the revised itinerary, choose an alternative package, or receive a refund (minus non-recoverable operational costs).
- Unused Services: No refund will be provided for any part of the tour, meals, sightseeing, or services that the traveler chooses not to utilize, or is unable to utilize, due to personal reasons, delay, illness, or loss of travel documents.
- Check-in/Check-out: Hotel standard check-in time is typically 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00/12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra charge payable directly to the hotel.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Notice: All cancellations must be notified to the Company in writing.
- Cancellation Charges: The initial booking deposit is typically non-refundable. The balance refund (if any) will be subject to a sliding scale of cancellation charges based on the number of days before departure. (Please refer to the separate Annexure for specific Cancellation Fee slabs.)
4. Scope of Responsibility and Liability
- Third-Party Vendors: The Company acts only as an agent in arranging services provided by independent contractors (hotels, airlines, transfer operators, etc.). We are not responsible for any delay, loss, accident, injury, or damage caused by the fault or negligence of these third-party service providers.
- Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, strikes, epidemics, natural disasters, or technical failures.
- Travel Insurance: The Company strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, baggage loss, and tour cancellation.
5. Inclusions and Exclusions
- Inclusions: Only those items explicitly mentioned in the itinerary (e.g., specific meals (B/L/D), hotel accommodation, sightseeing entry tickets, and transfers) are included in the tour price.
- Exclusions: All expenses of a personal nature (laundry, phone calls, tips, excess baggage), Visa fees, travel insurance, beverages, meals not specified in the itinerary, and any service not explicitly listed as included are excluded and must be paid by the traveler.
